**IAD AUTO INC is looking for a Used CAR GENERAL SALES MANAGER to join our team**

**IAD AUTO is an independent car dealer and has been serving the Washington DC and surrounding areas for over 35 years. IAD AUTO Offers two locations in Beltsville and Landover with over 300 vehicles and a huge service center with highly qualified technicians.**

**Currently, we are looking for a high-performing Used Cars General Sales Manager/Finance Manager with full knowledge of F&I to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.**

**Duties**:

- Oversee the used car department and manage the entire used car inventory.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase used car sales and profitability.
- Evaluate trade-in vehicles and determine their value.
- Set competitive pricing for used cars based on market analysis.
- Manage the reconditioning process for used cars to ensure they are in top condition for sale.
- Create and maintain relationships with wholesalers, auctions, and other sources to acquire used car inventory.
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and procedures.

**Skills**:

- Strong mathematical skills for pricing and evaluating vehicles.
- Excellent phone etiquette to communicate with customers and vendors.
- Proven sales experience in the automotive industry.
- Bilingual skills (preferred) to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive buying experience.
- Knowledge of outbound sales techniques, including cold calling and follow-up strategies.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, vendors, and team members.

**Additional Requirement**:

- Familiarity with Dealer Track and Arkona DMS is a HUGE PLUS
- Ability to handle used car dealership operations.
- Knowledge and familiarity VAuto is a HUGE PLUS
- Experience using CRM's and other dealership systems.

We offer competitive compensation, including a base salary plus commission.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
