Pool/pest Technician/carpentry

Pool Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of pools and spas
- Test and balance water chemistry to ensure proper sanitation levels
- Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment, including pumps, filters, and heaters
- Clean and maintain pool surfaces, including tiles and grout
- Vacuum and skim debris from pool surfaces
- Maintain accurate records of pool maintenance activities

Pest Responsibilities:

- Spray for all insect activity following all current laws and regulations to the ethical and integrity standard of our company
- Routine rodent/termite inspections
- Be knowledgeable enough to solve issues, make suggestions on other services and sell needed services.
- Clean driving record and able to be licensed by the state of Texas, meaning no felonies/dui arrests is a must

Carpentry Responsibilities:
Learn new skills helping our lead technician with maintenance/handyman work on mechanical equipment, painting, deck building, pressure washing etc.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a related field such as farm or landscape work is preferred
- Knowledge of sales techniques for promoting pest/pool products and services
- Familiarity with power tools
- Understanding of lawn care practices and techniques
- Proficiency in using hand tools for minor repairs
- Knowledge of pest control methods for maintaining a pest-free environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Payment frequency:

- Paid semi-monthly

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

- Conroe, TX 77385: Relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: In person
