- ** Provide attentive one-on-one care **and behavioral/developmental support to children aged 2-6, emphasizing a nurturing and encouraging environment
- ** Implement care plans **under the guidance of our clinical team, ensuring they are suitable for the learning and growth of children
- Build relationships with children's families

**What the job is like**:

**Qualifications**:

- Interest in and experience working with children - we are open to a diverse set of backgrounds and experiences in working with with kids
- Preference given to those currently in a degree program or holding a degree
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
