We are currently seeking Contact Center Specialists (CCS) who are passionate about healthcare work in the North Side communities we serve. CSSs schedule patient appointments for all services at all Tap 360 sites. Working in the front line of communications, you interact and build relationships with patients.

If you are an enthusiastic, dedicated call center and/or customer service pro who loves helping people, then Tap360 is the employer for you

As an integral Care Team member, Tap360 CSSs:

- Provide excellent customer service
- Promptly and politely answer a high volume of incoming calls from patients and others
- Capture, update and input data into the electronic medical record system
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Educate patients about Tap 360 services, fees, sites, appointment changes, etc.
- Coordinates interpretation services, as needed
- Perform general administrative tasks

Minimum Required Qualifications:

- A sincere interest in healthcare
- Ability to use computers

- Ability to professionally and effectively communicate and interact with patients, colleagues, providers, managers, and others

Desired Qualifications:

- Bilingual
- Post-HS education or training
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Previous customer service, healthcare, and/or medical office experience
- Experience using EMR systems (_e.g.,_ athenaPractice, Centricity, Epic, Praxis, Meditech, Cerner, etc.)
