**Job Overview**:
**Duties**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to meet company objectives
- Manage all aspects of marketing campaigns, including E-commerce, SEO, and traditional marketing channels
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats
- Oversee the creation of engaging content for various platforms including WordPress websites and social media
- Coordinate print advertising campaigns and online advertising efforts
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics using analytics tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals
- Lead budgeting and forecasting for marketing activities

**Additional Duties**
- Manage incoming calls from customers
- Maintain a professional image and presence of Superior Built Roofing and treat all customers like family.
- Keep track of client records, inquiries, and surveys.
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned by general manager within working hours.

**Hours**:
This is an in-office position. Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. No weekend or holiday hours.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, market analysis, and consumer behavior
- Proficiency in E-commerce platforms, SEO techniques, and digital marketing strategies
- Familiarity with WordPress for content management is preferred
- Strong understanding of print advertising and online advertising best practices
- Demonstrated ability in budgeting and financial management within a marketing context
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets

- We are a small family owned and operated company. Management is very laid back and wants to let you perform without micromanaging. We have staff more often in the field than in the office. At times, you will be in the office alone. Describe how you can effectively complete tasks and perform your work without supervision.
