**About us**

Brake Performance is a small E-Commerce business in Chatsworth, CA. We are a 20-year-old established Ecommerce company that sells brake parts on-line with an efficient close-knit crew and an excellent and strong employee culture. We are seeking to add a new team member who is computer literate, high energy, well organized, good with people on the phone, and preferably some experience and background in automobile parts industry for in-person position at our main facility in Chatsworth, California.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer customer's questions.
- Handle customer complaints.
- Handle requests for products and services.
- Provide information.
- Provide information and support to internal customers.
- Schedule appointments with customers.
- Resolve problems and disputes.
- Check potential fraud with various available online apps.
- take customer orders by phone through our CMS system.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
