Seeking Business Partner in the Drug Testing Industry
Fastest Labs of El Cajon is seeking a motivated business partner to join us in the lucrative drug testing industry. We have exclusive franchise rights for two territories in San Diego County, including one location in La Mesa and another in broader San Diego. We are looking for a partner to help develop these remaining territories and capitalize on the locked San Diego market.

- Established Client Base: Leverage existing preferred pricing agreements and a network allowing nationwide appointments, ensuring a steady influx of corporate and municipal clients.
Financials & Terms:
- The two open territories can be acquired by serving the $141,000 SBA loan, with monthly payments of $2,000. Each location requires a brick-and-mortar setup, with start-up and build-out costs of $10,000 to $13,000.
No special licensing or experience is required, and comprehensive training provided by the franchise ensures a smooth transition into business partnership.
