**Essential Functions**
- Assists the Critical Facility Technician with testing and rounds.
- Ensures strict adherence to critical facility work rules and safety procedures.
- Is familiar with all applicable Federal, State, and local rules, codes, and regulations.

**Responsibilities**
- Performs preventive maintenance on all building equipment
- Assists, as necessary, with scheduling of preventative maintenance, contracted maintenance, and general maintenance with mínimal disruption of building services
- Responds quickly to emergency situations and customer concerns
- Knows warehouse/inventory management principles and best practices
- Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Can prioritize projects and has strong problem-solving skills
- Has good research skills and is highly organized, with strong attention to detail
- Can work independently
- Can speak, read, and write English

**Qualifications**
- One year of similar experience is preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
