**The Role**:
**Verizon Sales Associate Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads in a given territory to increase customer outreach and drive sales
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring thorough understanding and satisfaction
- Skillfully address and overcome customer objections with a positive attitude, fostering trust and confidence in our clients’ products and services
- Evaluate data and create sales reports in order to monitor campaign efficiency and analyze trends
- Provide direct feedback to the Verizon Sales Manager regarding customer experiences and suggestions, contributing to the refinement of sales tactics and enhancing customer retention strategies
- Actively participate in daily meetings aimed at honing sales techniques, enhancing customer service skills, and fostering leadership development within the team

**Our Verizon Sales Associate will receive hands-on training in the following areas**:

- Customer Acquisition and Retention
- Sales Techniques
- Product Knowledge
- Training and Development
- Market Research

**Verizon Sales Associate Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or retail environment is preferred
- Ability to negotiate and overturn objections
- Comfortable public speaking and presenting information to customers
- Commitment to delivering top-tier customer service at all times
- Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to our office location

Pay: $800.00 - $1,100.00 per week

Shift:

- 8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
