**Summary**:
Supervises and develops Member Services Representatives that respond to requests from business partners and members. Acts as the point of contact for legal counsel, attorneys and state representatives. Assists legal department processing staff with inquiries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensures that work is reviewed and approved prior to processing, and that all required information, notations and transactions are accurately documented
- Responds to escalated issues to facilitate solutions
- Maintains relationships with outside officials such as attorneys and representatives of the state(s) and brings any concerns following the law to legal counsel
- Oversees the process for restraining notices, information subpoenas, levies, guardianships, trusts, Subpoena Duces Tecums, and deceased member accounts by ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate, established procedure was followed accurately, and approving required actions
- Assists branch personnel and members with the creation, closure, or maintenance of Trust accounts
- Handles correspondence from agencies regarding Subpoena Duces Tecums inquiries as well as keeping agencies informed on fees associated with processing and if there is a delay in the turnaround of documents
- Prepares periodic reports according to policies and procedures
- Ensures that Salesforce Cases are assigned and that team members are aligned with regulation time frames
- Perform all duties inherent in the role of a supervisor
- Perform all duties as needed upon request from immediate supervisor

**Education/Experience**:

- Associates degree required or four years directly related experience
- Minimum three years legal experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word required
- Strong communication skills, interpersonal, problem solving, multitasking and computer skills and detail orientation required

**Essential Skills**:

- Oral/written communication, mathematical, problem-solving, multitasking and internet skills, and excellent telephone etiquette required
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence

Good Faith Salary Range for this position: $30.75 - $36.20
