**Summary**:
Supervises and develops Member Services Representatives that respond to requests from business partners and members. Acts as a liaison with vendors to resolve issues/concerns, responds to communications received.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensures that work is reviewed and approved prior to processing, and that all required information, notations and transactions are accurately documented
- Responds to escalated issues to facilitate solutions
- Oversees Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) process
- Reviews and ensures accuracy of IRS and internal reports
- Audits and provides oversight on member retention/growth and other department related functions
- Contacts IRA support vendors to obtain information/forms and resolve issues
- Keeps updated on all changes to IRA laws/regulations
- Validates and processes deceased member claims pertaining to IRA’s
- Prepares periodic reports according to policies and procedures and monthly reports for Leadership that reflect financial activity within the department
- Ensures that Salesforce Cases are assigned and that team members are aligned with regulation time frames
- Reports and tracks fraud trends that occur to assist in minimizing and preventing further fraud
- Perform all duties inherent in the role of a supervisor
- Perform all duties as needed upon request from immediate supervisor

**Education/Experience**:

- Associates Degree required or four years directly related experience
- Minimum three years banking with IRA experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word required
- Knowledge of applicable laws/regulations/legal terminology/ IRS reporting requirements related to IRA’s
- Experience with Ascensus, Fiserv operating platforms and Salesforce preferred

**Essential Skills**:

- Oral/written communication, mathematical, problem-solving, multitasking and internet skills, and excellent telephone etiquette required.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence

Good Faith Salary Range for this position: $30.75 - $36.20
