Client Services Associate/reception

**Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to**:

- Provide administrative support to Senior Advisor including managing calendar.
- Scheduling Client Review meetings.
- Reaching out to clients via phone regularly.
- Respond to client correspondence and service requests in a timely and professional

manner.
- Prepare materials for Client Review Meetings, process meeting notes and monitor

follow-up items.
- Maintain office supplies and assist in resolving any technology-related issues.

**Qualifications**
- Superior phone skills required.
- Desire to be part of a team - with the planners, other administrative staff and clients.
- Eagerness to learn and coachable.
- Excellent organization skills with ability to prioritize workflow and meet deadlines.
- Ability to multitask and shift focus in a fast-paced environment.
- Extreme attention to detail and the ability to work independently with multiple

priorities and deadlines.
- Impressive written and verbal communication skills and professional demeanor to

effectively communicate with high-net worth clientele.
- Proactive approach to client service with keen appreciation for the needs and interests

of our clients and advisors.
- Proficiency in computer skills (CRM software, Microsoft Office).
- Successful completion of a background check, fingerprint screening and previous employment verification

**Benefits/Compensation**:

- Salary $45,000.
