Position Overview

The Administrative Assistant will assist with the administrative functions of the Quality Control Department.

Essential Job Functions
- Perform duties associated with Quality Control (Quality Control)
- Send out re-verifications (employment, income and asset) as needed.
- Order QC Field Appraisal report.
- Order QC Credit Report
- Re-verification research of property type / ownership and other related duties as assigned.
- Monitor all outstanding re-verifications to ensure responses are received and appropriately recorded.
- Input all re-verification data into Excel spreadsheets, databases or other departmental systems.
- Upload QC post-close loan files into QC Vendor’s website.
- Upload QC Vendor loan summaries into individual loan files into imaging in Internal System
- Upload post-close and pre-fund QC review sheets into imaging in Internal System
- Assist Manager in updating the post-closed and pre-fund loan sample metrics into excel spread-sheet. (Metrics - Population compared to sample: underwriter, state, error rates)
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of High School diploma or GED
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word Excel
- Strong attention to detail, organization and communication skills
- A team player, ability to work independently
- Strong time management and organizational skills

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
