We are currently seeking a **Warehouse/CSC Lead **to join our team in **Franklin, MA**.

**Your Role at Batesville**:
As a **Warehouse/CSC Lead**, you will be responsible for leading the team to accomplish the daily warehouse duties.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Run day to day RDC operation in the most efficient manner possible, leading the warehouse team in daily activities (i.e., load/unload trucks, perform and reconcile inventory, and assist the Customer Service Center as required).
- Monitor and schedule maintenance of all RDC equipment (roll-loaders, dock equipment, etc.).
- Effectively communicate with customers and support personnel to provide excellent service.
- Maintain current customer base by providing excellent customer service, including building synergy with local sales force.
- Ensure adherence to governmental (DOT, OSHA, etc.) regulations and company policies and procedures.
- Maintain high standards of safety, organization, and inventory accuracy.
- Lead employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company policies, the Code of Ethical Business Conduct, and applicable laws.
- Responsibilities include assisting with interviewing, training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Other duties may be assigned.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Ability to train/manage/lead/understand LEAN or CI principles and activities in a logistics environment.
- Intermediate computer skills
- Ability to interpret data and create useful information. Ability to root cause analyze and
- appropriate countermeasures to correct anomalies.
- Basic leadership skills
- Intermediate customer service skills

**Nice to Haves**:

- Associate’s degree
- Greater than 5 years’ experience in a Logistics Supervisorial Position preferred.
