**Position Summary**:
As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will play an instrumental role in ensuring materials flow through the warehouse to internal and external customers. This role is critical for ensuring warehouse operations are completed on-time, in-full, and accurately from a physical and systematic standpoint. Functional responsibilities listed below are not all inclusive as changes or additional responsibilities may be added as situations exist.

**Reports to**: Warehouse Supervisor

**Functional Responsibilities**:

- Execute material picking and shipping between Carma locations
- Prioritize work assignments as well as delegate to fellow associates to ensure success
- Execute put-away of inbound raw materials once quality released
- Execute put-away of production released finished goods and returned raw materials
- Assist with picking/auditing/shipping of outbound domestic and international customer orders
- Assist with shipping and receiving functions (as required)
- Assist inventory control with cycle counts and root cause analysis
- Assist in projects that drive continuous improvement
- Ensure adherence to delivery standards, efficiencies and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all 5S, quality, 5S, and safety regulations.
- Proficient in forklift operation (all types)
- Participate in the reporting of departmental metrics
- Other duties/projects as assigned by Distribution Manager or Distribution Lead.

**Required Experience, Desired Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Employee is to be an independent thinker and must be able to problem solve
- Fork Lift certification
- Microsoft Dynamics ERP experience is preferred
- Lean principles
- Continuous Improvement experience in Warehousing Environment
- Experience in OTC/FDA/cGMP environment

**Educational Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or 1 year of applicable experience
