Office Manager/business Development

Job Summary:
Film Source is the leader in Commercial and Automotive film solutions. We are seeking an Office Manager to help us streamline the front of the house operations and keep the our business moving efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage shop clerical duties, including process customer paperwork, payments and creating protocols for the team to ensure efficiency and smooth operations from front to back of house.
- Manage customer and prospect communications
- Greet visitors and direct them to the proper person
- Manage all shop supply and resource ordering
- Assist leadership team with calendar management, appointments and as needed
- Able to manage their own work load, time management and delivery schedule.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Character Requirements:
- Must be a Professional and experience interacting with customers and internal team members.
- Must be a Team Player with a shared commitment to both the company and supporting team members growth.
- Must have high character inside and outside the workplace.
- Must be an effective communicator and able to communicate with people of all type of skills.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in a fast paced environment
- 2 years experience as a Receptionist, Executive Assistant or Office Manager
- Automotive and Commercial Experience is a plus
- Commercial real estate development is a big plus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship, Contract, Commission
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
