**What you bring to the table**:

- Minimum of 25 weeks of military technical training school, along with an additional 6 years of related experience is required. OR, 2 years of directly related non-military technical trade school or the equivalent experience, along with an additional 6 years of related experience is required. - Ability to install, maintain, integrate, troubleshoot, test, and service fielded systems and equipment at customer sites
- Abiility to diagnose and repair, mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures using established procedures and submit reports on system reliability metrics to technical and regional support centers
- Work closely with design engineering in evaluating product performance and in conducting field trials, start-up, cutover, and checkout activities on newly installed systems
- Conduct technical seminars and training for customers, conduct informal on the job training for other field service staff members and customers, and deliver over-the shoulder/refresher training to users in the field as required

Salary Note: This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary.
