**As Store Manager you will**:

- Ensure that your customers receive an experience that exceeds industry standards each and every time.
- Build and oversee a team of 8-12 individuals including assistant managers, lead technicians, and certified technicians who will perform light duty preventive maintenance services on personal and fleet vehicles such as: Full-service oil changes, engine and cabin air filter replacement, wiper blade replacement, fluid exchange services, and tire pressure adjustment.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services to the customers while addressing their needs.
- Constantly develop your team members, maintaining an open line of communication ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality control at all times.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock as needed.
- Maintain constant communication with the District Manager to ensure current company policy, goals, and budgets are being met at all times.
- Strategically handle all customer complaints.
- Will bring positive energy and be ready to work as part of a winning team.
- Eager to learn and improve.
- Lift up to 50lbs
- Have full mobility and can stand for extended periods of time.
- Able to work in hot and/or cold environments.
- Have the desire to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
