Operations Manager, Logistics

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, order picking, packing, and inventory management
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize operations efficiency and productivity
- Manage the team of dispatchers, sales associates, CDL Drivers, and other employees
- Attract, Interview, Hire and Train new employees within a provided payroll budget
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall operational performance including regular accounting reports to corporate accountant
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment for all employees

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in operations management within a warehousing business or trucking company
- Strong knowledge of heavy duty trucks and DOT requirements
- Excellent data analysis skills to interpret operational metrics and drive decision-making
- Ability to lead and motivate a new team to achieve operational goals effectively
- Familiarity with trucks and safety maintenance and employee conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in picking, packing, shipping, and receiving procedures

Pay: $73,684.00 - $81,875.00 per year
