As a Maintenance Technician, you will contribute to the seamless operation of one of our communities, ensuring they are running at peak efficiency. **Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Perform repairs and adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor and maintain building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Address facility-related issues promptly to ensure a safe and comfortable working environment.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and equipment condition.
- Provide input on equipment maintenance schedules and improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during maintenance activities.

- Work closely with production and operations teams to prioritize and address maintenance needs.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding maintenance issues and solutions

- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
