**What we are looking for**:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance and resolving inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience.

**Duties**:

- Provide product information, pricing, and availability details to customers
- Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations
- Upsell products or services to increase revenue
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer inquiries or promotions
- Analyze customer needs to recommend suitable products or services
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service deliver

**Experience**:

- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficiency in sales techniques and upselling strategies
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to navigate computer systems for data entry and customer information retrieval
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field

Pay: $17.40 - $20.95 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
