- Manage and oversee the daily operations

- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and account reconciliations
- Supervise account receivable and ensure timely collections
- Handle payroll processing and compliance
- Utilize financial acumen to analyze financial statements and provide insights
- Implement and maintain accounting principles, practices, and procedures

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, would consider Associates degree with experience
- Proven experience as a manager
- Proficiency in accrual accounting and balance sheet reconciliation
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
