Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Lab Manager **to join our team

Are you ready to be part of a cutting-edge cybersecurity project that will make a huge impact on the security of DOD/Intel community? If you’re interested in leveraging your organizational and Project Management skills to help run the labs for our teams doing in-depth software reverse engineering in support of in-depth cybersecurity vulnerabilities assessments, we have the ideal role for you to start your new career path at Parsons

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- On our program, you’ll get the chance to leverage your procurement, acquisition, project management, and leadership skills.
- Lead the procurement and tracking of critically important software reverse engineering lab equipment for our team.
- You'll be a part of our team of technical wizards (including system administrators, ISSOs, network engineers) and help purchase the required equipment/software, coordinate our team getting it all set up / configured / accredited, to keep the lab up and running and properly maintained.
- You'll get the opportunity to improve your project management and operations skills under the mentorship of lab management team, so in addition to delivering on day one, you will get to continue to grow your skills and your career with us daily

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- 8+ years of project management or business operations support
- 1+ years of procurement or acquisition experience
- Amazing organizational abilities
- MS Excel Proficiency
- Strong leadership abilities
- Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance

**What Desired Skills You'll Bring**:

- Experience with purchasing / procurement of materials / software

**Minimum Clearance Required to Start**:
Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph

Salary Range:
$126,600.00 - $253,300.00
