**Discover Impactful Work**:
Drive digital marketing and technology advancements forward while part of an innovative global team. The Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the digital marketing team through project management, process facilitation and Workfront system administration.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Use Adobe Workfront to facilitate the creation and deployment of marketing tactics, support the implementation of new technologies, govern operational processes and perform system administrative duties
- Support revenue generation through digital channels via project coordination and invoice processing
- Balance demand and workloads by accurately collect key data and ensure resources are assigned on incoming project requests
- Identify process improvement opportunities and develop process changes to generate efficiency, productivity and cost-savings in support of business objectives.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Science, or other related field.

**Requirements / Qualifications**:

- Project coordination experience - 0 to 2 years (preferably within a marketing team)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to organize and summarize information in order to communicate key points effectively
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail with an ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and deliver results
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and efficiencies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Waterfall, Six Sigma, etc.).
- Familiarity with digital marketing systems and platforms

**Compensation and Benefits**

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $66,000.00-$99,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
