**Position Summary**:
The Administrative Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for providing essential administrative support and overseeing various projects under the CFO’s direction. They will maintain a professional demeanor, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrate discretion, efficiency, attention to detail, and exercise a sense of authority.

**Essential Functions**:

- Produce high-quality correspondence with proficiency in both content and aesthetics.
- Provide administrative support to the CFO and the departments that come under the supervision of the CFO.
- Manage calendar and schedule of the CFO to ensure all commitments and deadlines are met.
- Create meeting materials, schedules, responses, correspondence, and other forms of communication for the department.
- Assist CFO in preparing, reviewing, and distributing monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial reports.
- Manage and maintain sensitive and confidential company files and records.
- Excellent clerical and editing skills.
- Ability to arrange meetings both onsite and offsite, room set up, catering.
- Coordinate travel including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and meeting arrangements.
- Ability to take reports in graph and outline format from rough to presentation quality.
- Maintain advanced experience with Word, the Internet, Excel, PowerPoint, and database software.
- Proficient in Outlook
- particularly contact management, meeting invitations, and calendar management.
- Perform research, analysis, and summaries for executives as requested.
- Act as liaison between leaders and internal and external contacts.
- Anticipate the needs of the CFO with the ability to react quickly and appropriately.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills to interact with all levels of company personnel and others in a professional manner.
- Excellent attention to detail and highly organized with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to concentrate on performing tasks, meeting deadlines, and handling frequent interruptions
- Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

- Bachelor’s degree preferable or commensurate 3-5 years’ administrative experience.

**Other Requirements**:

- Position is full-time, non-exempt, M-F 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST
- Location: Turning Point offices in Santee, CA.
