**About the role**:
We’re looking for a highly motivated Social Media Designer to join our in-house social team within the Brand, Creative, and Social organization. You are a designer who is proactive and not afraid to ask questions and go the extra mile. You can multi-task and handle both day-to-day production tasks, as well as come to the table with design solutions and original work, for larger design initiatives. You are capable of designing static assets with some experience in motion, video editing, and pitching ideas. You are also a consumer of social media and keep up with the latest specs, best practices, and trends. You have an eye for what stands out as innovative design in a noisy social media landscape, and you’re eager to get ahead of the curve.

For California Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $77,000 - $148,000 annually.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Design and production of social graphics for launches, campaigns, partnerships, and evergreen needs
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok, the blog infusing design elements fit for social platforms
- Unique ability to translate brand requirements into thoughtful designs that push the brand forward
- Take direction and input from key stakeholders to create design solutions that meet and exceed brand design standards
- Continually pitch social content ideas involving design to the team, both informally and formally
- Ability to manage timelines and workload, taking projects from concept to completion
- Great attitude, highly collaborative, able to work in a dynamic environment

**We’re Excited if You Have**:

- 3+ years as a graphic designer with experience designing for social media teams
- Strong attention-to-detail required
- In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Must be comfortable working in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere
- Strong experience in social media design, including single images, carousels, Instagram Stories, Twitter threads, and TikTok videos
- Digital Illustration skills a plus
- Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent
