**Seeking an Experienced Graphic Designer/Social Media Coordinator to join our Fast-Paced Marketing Team This is an onsite position. Remote or Hybrid is not available.**

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer with Social Media experience to join our dynamic marketing team and help us elevate our online presence and engage with our global audience.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Shoot, post-production in-house short videos relating to products, industry, and job sites.
- Brainstorm, conceptualize, and execute a wide range of Creative Services deliverables, including but not limited to:

- Printed collateral (technical documents, brochures, magazine advertisements)
- Oversized event and tradeshow graphics
- Social media graphics
- Digital ad campaigns
- Website graphics
- Video documentation and postproduction
- Assist in the management and maintenance of company website
- Communicate directly with vendors when necessary
- Simultaneous management of multiple project deadlines
- Management of creative assets and folders
- Product Photography and Image sourcing as required
- Social Media Liaison that interfaces with industry social feeds. Respond to industry participant's posts, concerns, and spearhead online giveaways and promotions.

**Experience**
- 5+ years of experience as a full-time Graphic Designer and/or Production Artist
- A willingness to learn about our technical products and concepts
- A strong understanding of brand standards and the importance of maintaining brand consistency across all channels
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates experience, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or other related industries. Your Portfolio should also demonstrate your creativity and use of Adobe Suite.
- Experience managing multiple deadlines, with demonstrated ability to switch gears quickly and meet quick turnaround times
- Ability to produce effective designs across all media with a strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and placement.
- An eye for quality photography and design, even within a technical industry
- Ability to work with limited direction at times but also be creative, remotely or in an office environment. This also includes working with outside vendors or employees in various locations.
- Attention to detail, even at a fast pace
- Collaborative attitude and the ability to take creative direction and criticism

**Mastery of the following programs**:

- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Acrobat
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Working knowledge in the following is a plus:

- Experience in product manufacturing, construction, or other related industries desired.

Pay: $69,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
