**About the Role**:
***What You’ll Do**:

- Coordinate the operational setup and launch of new stores, including technology systems, physical IT setup, purchasing, and initial inventory setup.
- Design and deliver training programs for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Regularly visit retail locations to conduct on-the-ground training and support for staff, helping ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Develop and refine SOPs in collaboration with Northeast Retail Managers, focusing on creating training materials and other guidance documents.
- Monitor and adjust training and operational practices based on feedback from staff and customers to continuously improve service and efficiency.
Write and update training content and operational guidelines based on the latest industry practices and regulatory requirements.

**Who You Are**:

- Extensive experience in cannabis retail operations
- Proven track record of successfully managing new store openings and staff training programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel frequently to various retail locations across Connecticut and Massachusetts.
- Strong people management skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to develop and implement effective training and operational procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality retail experiences.
- Proficient in Google Docs, Google Sheets, Excel, and Microsoft Word.
- Working Conditions/Physical Demands:

- Normal office/retail environment.
- Frequent travel to retail locations across Connecticut and Massachusetts.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and handle physical aspects of store setup and inventory management.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
