- COMPENSATION
Hourly Minimum - Maximum
$27.00 - $34.00
- WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING- Screen potential applicants to match job requirements and conduct phone interviews.-
- Schedule interviews and pre-employment tests with applicants.Provide results of background checks, drug tests, and pre-placement physicals to the Recruitment Specialist for review and confirmation of job offer.-
- Administer recruitment bonuses for new hires and referrals.-
- Prepare new hire paperwork and New Employee Orientation materials for new hires. Ensure all onboarding paperwork is up-to-date and prepare electronic forms for signature as required.-
- Assist with setting up for New Employee Orientation.-
- Electronically file new hire onboarding documents for employees.-
- Review and submit invoices for background checks, drug tests, and physicals for payment to HR management.-
- Maintain good communication and relationship with Occupational Clinics and Background Check companies.-
- Provide Technology Services the technology requirements of new employee.Coordinate reporting instruction of new hire for first day of employment.-
- Assist with front office coverage as needed.- REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS- Bilingual in Chinese is required.-
- One year of Human Resources related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.-
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED).Proficient knowledge of Human Resource practices and procedures with particular emphasis in the employee benefits area preferred.-
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees and management.-
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.-
- Ability to handle difficult situations with no supervision.-
- Ability to work well and contribute to a team environment.-
- Strong organization, time management, and interpersonal skills.-
- Must be a self-starter and have a strong work ethic.-
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality of employee information and records.-
- Ability to multi-task.-
- Must be able to promptly respond to requests and inquiries from employees and the general public.-
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.-
- Must be able to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with those contacted in the course of work.-

DRUG TESTING POLICY

The drug screening method is a hair collection test that will detect the use of illegal drugs within the past 90 days. A positive drug test may result in the withdrawal of the job offer.
