NTT DATA Services currently seeks a **Customer Care Voice Associate** to join our team in for a **Temporary, Hybrid/Remote** position in RI. The first day will be on-site to pick up equipment and set up access; remainder will be remote. Must live in RI or close proximity.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Answer incoming phone calls from healthcare providers regarding benefits and eligibility, billing and payments, authorizations for treatment, explanation of benefits, etc.
- Create written correspondence if issues were not resolved during the call
- Conduct provider outreach phone calls to collect missing information from medical providers.
- Route inquiries needing further investigation to the appropriate department and conduct routine case checks as needed.
- Complete all relevant documentation necessary to track provider issues and facilitate the reporting of overall trends.

**Required Skills/Experience**
- Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts from Monday to Friday, 8PM to 5AM Eastern Standard Time.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent that required 3+ years of formal studies using English language as a medium of communication.
- 1+ year(s) of healthcare industry experience in a Provider (hospital/doctor's office)

** The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend's basis business requirement.**

This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered. Company benefits may include medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending or health savings account, life, and AD&D insurance, short-and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally required benefits.

Pay: $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
