NTT Data is hiring Remote Customer Service Professional Local to the Providence Rhode Island Area.

**Position's General Duties and Tasks***
**In these roles you will be responsible for**:

- Answer incoming phone calls from healthcare providers regarding benefits and eligibility, billing and payments, authorizations for treatment, explanation of benefits, etc.
- Create written correspondence if issues were not resolved during the call
- Conduct provider outreach phone calls to collect missing information from medical providers.
- Route inquiries needing further investigation to the appropriate department and conduct routine case checks as needed.
- Complete all relevant documentation necessary to track provider issues and facilitate the reporting of overall trends.

**Requirements**:

- Internet speed, 20 upload, 20 download
- Minimum 1 year experience working from home.
- 1+ year(s) of healthcare industry experience in a hospital/doctor's office.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have Microsoft Office

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience in the healthcare insurance industry
- Analytical with problem resolution skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to type 40wpm

** The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend's basis business requirement.***
