**Your Impact**:
The Strategic Communications Director leads Inglis’ creative and marketing operations, contributing to our mission through innovative and effective marketing communications strategies.

As a key member of the Advancement team, this role is responsible for overseeing aspects of marketing communications strategy and execution including leading internal and external creative contributors, ensuring the development and implementation of impactful marketing campaigns and materials, and building and maintaining customer-centric department operations.

**What You'll Do**:
**Marketing Communications Strategy**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing communications strategy that aligns with Inglis’ mission, goals, and business objectives.
- Work with senior leadership to define objectives and execute marketing strategies to support service line and program goals.
- Work closely with the Development team to define and execute communications campaigns that drive engagement, donations, and support for our cause.
- Collaborate with executives and the Human Resources team to define and execute strategies to support internal/employee communications goals.

**Creative Content**:

- Oversee the development of digital and print materials, social media graphics, videos, and other promotional assets to support internal and external marketing campaigns.
- Ensure that all creative materials are consistent with the organization's brand and messaging.
- Write and edit compelling marketing content.

**What We're Looking for**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Six to 10 years of proven experience in creative services and marketing leadership, ideally in a non-profit or mission-driven organization.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking skills.
- Exceptional project management and team leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in using creative software and tools.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Passion for Inglis’ mission and values.

**Pay Rate for this Role**: $115k-$128,500/ Annually
