Maybe you've founded a company before, and want to put those hard-earned experiences and skills to use helping brands to be seen as essential.Your Skills and QualificationsBachelors degree3-5 years of experience in customer success, community management, consulting, account management, change management, or relevant client-facing CX rolesYouve executed large change management projects (internally or externally within an organization)Youve managed multiple client accounts and relationships at onceYoure excellent at building trust and rapport with clientsYoure a people-person and get energy talking to clientsYou can talk to C-Suite executives and founders as a peerYou have natural EQSolving complex business problems through creative solutions excites you, and youre good at itYou have strong writing, phone, and presentation skillsYoure attuned to client needs and pay attention to detailYoure dynamic and agilechange doesnt throw you off your gameWhat Youll DoOwn and lead Wodens StoryAccelerator product to transform purposeful companies into essential brandsManage client accounts, owning the relationship and implementation of their brands strategic narrative within their organizationServe as conduit connecting project team, business development team, and client to achieve client business objectivesOwn a new product and make adjustments based on client feedbackSchedule and lead calls, meetings, and roundtables to consult and coach strategic leaders on aligning their strategic narrative with their business objectivesCollaborate with Brand Storytellers, Team Leads, and the Director of Storytelling to meet client objectivesExecute monthly coaching and support callsFacilitate collaborative work sessions with clients and external stakeholdersMaintain content library for story implementationManage dashboard metrics tracking client transformation goalsRevise and edit client-produced materialsWere looking for you to come in and lead this product and then build out a team around you.Our team is committed to our mission and thrives in a collaborative environment of smart, curious people with diverse perspectives and skillsets.
