**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute FX client transactions, including spot, forward, NDF and option trades, as well as order management and risk monitoring.
- Collaborate with traders to implement and maintain market liquidity-based strategies.
- Cooperate with broader development teams to improve FX Technology in response to changing client needs and regulatory requirements.
- Implement new FX technology and construct best practice protocols.
- Contribute to a dynamic team environment by providing support to colleagues across all activities on the desk.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently to various teams during high volume periods.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of trade data and market themes.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree. Major or minor in economics, finance, or computer science preferred.
- 2-4 years’ experience in e-trading, ideally but not limited to FX Markets.
- Superior time management, including multi-tasking abilities and prioritizing daily tasks.
- Quantitative skills - proficiency in Excel required, (including VBA). Tableau, data manipulation and statistical modelling skills preferred.
- Familiarity with Bloomberg, FX ALL, and/or 360t also preferable.
- The ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment while retaining acute attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a keen desire to learn and contribute within a dynamic team environment.
- Hiring for daylight hours, but willingness to support alternative hours as needed preferred.
