- Salary range: $65,750.00 - $102,312.00The Property Maintenance Superintendent reports directly to OMAR - Ventilation project Administrator will have responsibilities that include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Monitor vendor field work to ensure effective, compliant procedures are used by vendors and/or OMAR ventilation project staff.
2. Act as vendor supervisor to help solve issues that might arise in the developments throughout the five boroughs.
3. Exercise the full administrative and technical responsibilities for planning, organizing, and directing staff and vendors in the management of projects.
4. Work with the project Administrator and ventilation project staff, reports on vendor work completed.
5. Work to escalate the progress at developments and help solve recurring problems that occur during inspections, re-inspection and complete OMAR ventilation project as required.
6. Support quality assurance inspections at assigned NYCHA public housing developments. For all related activities under Ventilation Project managed by OMAR team.
7. Use wireless handheld computer device to support the different task when relevant.
8. Provide the requested reports by using the proper software (Excel, Word, Adobe.)
