This is a hybrid of work-from-home, and coming to the office as the department needs require. **Must have an excellent driving record. Must have high-speed internet.**

**JOB DUTIES**:

- Perform site visits and audits, ensure drills and other visits are on schedule
- Provide Training including but not limited to pre-service and in-service training.
- Work with family, providers, and other agencies monthly
- Enforce standard company policies and procedures and ensure all are in compliance.
- Ensure all clients' visits, files, records, plans, and lists are up-to-date. Maintained according to policy/ procedure.
- Meet attendance requirements established by the Director.
- Works a flexible schedule, which can include long hours and weekends.
- Maintains client and employee confidentiality.
- Maintains a good working relationship with the Waiver Director, Assistant Waiver Director staff, and
- service recipients.
- Make unannounced visits two per month for DIDD individuals and two per month for ECF/CLS homes.
- Assist with moving individuals served into homes including moving their furniture, personal belongings,
- Performs other duties as assigned and needed.

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Self-directed with the ability to think, operate and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Accepts performance-based criticism and direction.
- Ability to document and analyze documentation
- Ability to handle all situations with professionalism and a positive attitude and effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- High school diploma or GED equivalent, with a minimum of three years of office management experience and/or college degree in a business administration-related field.
- Experience in a healthcare or corporate environment is preferred.
- Satisfactory criminal background check.

Pay: From $36,000.00 per year
