Social Media Coordinator

The Social Media individual, which is a new position, maintains, develops, and implements multi-platform social media content strategies, monitors and manages the Jasmine Engineering brand and image, analyzes engagement data, identifies trends in follower interactions, and plans digital campaigns. This individual will also design business graphics for company presentations.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and oversee strategic digital media plans and campaigns that both grow and maintain followers through various social media platforms.
- Evaluate social media trends to ensure progress on all platforms using appropriate analytical tools.
- Create and present analytical reports to demonstrate digital media performance and adjust strategies and tactics as appropriate.
- Oversee day-to-day management of social media platforms to ensure brand consistency. Facilitate brand and company awareness through social media channels.
- Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between audiences and the company.
- Identify new opportunities for engagement.
- Interact with other members of the staff on a variety of projects for website redesign, video projects, and graphics for project presentations.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

**Minimum Education**
- Minimum: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing or other related fields.

**Minimum Experience**
- At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, and communications.
- Thorough understanding of integrating multimedia, social media and online media strategies is required.
- Effective communication and cooperation with company team members as well as clients.
- Be up to date on how to best use all current popular social media platforms and tools for exposure on TikTok, Snap, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.

**Salary**: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Overtime
