**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**:

- Ability to translate THE LOT’s objective and personality into visual design.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute social media strategies that align with our brand objectives.
- Manage and curate social media accounts, including posting content and engaging with followers.
- Shoot and edit videos and generate innovative content to engage our target audience.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions with the Marketing Manager to develop creative ideas and initiatives for social media campaigns.
- Seek approvals from the Marketing Manager for content, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to see projects through to completion.
- Stay informed and actively seek out market & industry trends, effective SEO strategies, and creative inspiration.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager in determining relevant keyword targets for content.
- Map out target audiences/personas & develop content that meets core needs.
- Create and identify key strategies that not only drive interest and capture new audiences but maintain and grow relationships with our existing customers.
- Work with outside agencies as needed to produce videos, ensuring end results meet THE LOT objectives & quality expectations.
- Post, monitor and engage on business social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok).
- Track key metrics such as audience engagement, impressions, reach, referrals, and conversions.
- Schedule social media posts and monitor relevant news and content.
- Write and review press releases, newsletters, and other content.
- Maintain awareness of the latest social media platform developments.
- Associate is held accountable for all duties of this job and other duties as assigned.

**EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role is preferred.
- Must have Social Media Management experience.
- Must have experience creating video content for Social Media, specifically Reels and TikTok's.
- Experience in using social media management software solutions (Sprout Social, Buffer, Hootsuite) and web analytics (Google Analytics).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and other editing tools.
- Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit.
- Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to accurately follow instructions, both verbally and written.
- Must be detail-oriented and work well under pressure.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be professional in appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Basic creative skills and a working knowledge of graphic design.
- Proficiency in posting content across various social media platforms.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with the Marketing Manager and seek necessary approvals.
- Ability to maintain focus and professionalism while working on business-related tasks.
- Strong understanding of Business Social Media pages including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Must have a creative and innovative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
- Must have strong video editing skills.

**WORKING CONDITIONS**:

- Ability to work a variable schedule.
- Manual dexterity and coordination are required to perform the work.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
