Receptionist/office Support

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization
- Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Greet visitors and provide front desk support
- Maintain phone etiquette and handle incoming calls professionally
- Utilize computer software to create reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Provide excellent customer support and address inquiries or issues in a timely manner
**Skills**:
- Strong calendar management skills
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Proficient in various clerical tasks
- Exceptional front desk etiquette and professionalism
- Computer literacy with proficiency in QUICKBOOKS
- Strong customer support skills with the ability to handle inquiries effectively
Note: All positions at our company are paid positions.
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
