**Job Overview**
Our company Cover Glass USA is looking for a Salesperson to join our team. We’re looking for a competitive, passionate, and goal-oriented Salesperson to join our fast-growing company. In this role, you’ll be tasked with quickly and aggressively building a sales pipeline and developing a high-performance program. You must be comfortable working as both a team player and a coach and possess the skills to produce. You’ll have the freedom (and you must possess the conviction) to create and implement strategies that will lead to the continued growth of our organization. **Responsibilities for Sales Representative**
Prospect and qualify new sales leads
Create estimates (knowledge of blueprints)
Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments
Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
Compute glass size and create glass orders for the jobs
Meet and/or exceed quotas
Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
**Qualifications for Sales Representative**
2-4 years of sales experience (in glass or glazing preferred)
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
Excellent interpersonal skills
Highly self-motivated
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of CRM systems
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
Travel requirement:
- Travel
Ability to Relocate:
- National City, CA 91950: Relocate before starting work (required)
Work Location: In person
