**Front Office Coordinator**

Scottsdale Plastic Surgery office is seeking an outstanding front office coordinator for our busy and growing office. Interviews are being scheduled immediately. This position is for full-time or part-time employment. Job summary: Provide outstanding customer service for our patients, check in patients, schedule appointments, confirm appointments, manage the schedule, fulfill product order requests, and work well as part of a team. Applicant must be a mature, bright, energetic, self-motivated team player who can prioritize workload to ensure completion of daily responsibilities. Applicant must have **attention to detail**, be able to learn and retain much information, and possess excellent organizational skills. Applicant must also have an interest in skin care, injectables and skin laser treatments. If you are not truly interested in these rejuvenation services please do not apply. Job duties include but not limited to:

- Answer phones professionally aiding existing patients to make appointments and converting new prospect calls into scheduled consultations
- Actively manage the schedule and make sure patients are scheduled appropriately
- many have appointments with more than one provider on the same day
- Create appropriate charts in the EMR for each patient appointment daily
- Actively fill spots opened up by cancellations
- Process online website skin care product order requests

Education: High School Diploma/GED or higher

Experience: Must have a minimum of either 2 years’ experience in a medical office with extensive experience in front end customer service, or 2 years’ experience in high-end retail, customer service or business position. Requirements:

- Multi-line phone experience and professional phone demeanor
- Ability to comfortably educate and promote our practice to patient prospects
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with patients and co-workers
- Knowledge of medical reception office procedures greatly preferred
- Must be computer proficient - Computer skills in the following (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, medical software)
- **Must be detail oriented**:

- Great communication skills
- Sales experience helpful
- Interest in medical grade skin care helpful
