We are seeking 2 dynamic customer-focused individuals to join our team at Burn Boot Camp for our locations in both Exton and West Chester. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations during boot camps including: providing excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness, supporting membership sales efforts and helping to drive gym brand awareness via social media.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Front Desk Operations** - manage check ins for boot camp classes and ensure that all members in attendance are paid and up to date; retail sales; general member relations.

Basic Cleaning and Organization**:

- working with the entire team, following a cleaning check list to complete basic day to day cleaning such as dusting, stocking paper products in the bathrooms, vacuuming and assisting the trainer with equipment set up.
- **
Sales Support**:

- Assist with sales efforts by knowing who in class is on a trial, when the trial is expiring, and explaining membership options after the workout; offer tours as needed for prospects; posting Instagram stories during boot camp to help marketing efforts.
- **
Administrative Tasks**:
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Must be a people person Burn is community focused and our members' confidence, happiness and ability to have 45 minutes of "me time" is top priority
- Strong communication and people skills
- Sales experience or willingness to learn; strong comfort level with directly asking people to join the gym
- Ability to multitask in a high-energy, fast-paced setting.
- shifts are directly connected to class times and therefore have a hard, prompt start time

**SHIFTS**
- Monday-Friday, there are 3 shifts per day: 4:45am-8:15am; 8:15am-1pm; and 4:15pm-6:45pm
- Saturdays - 6:45am-10:15am
- Team members work together to ensure all shifts are covered; each team member works anywhere from 2-6 shifts weekly based on personal availability and number of hours desired
- You will have "your" shifts that you are regularly scheduled for; if time off is needed, you will coordinate with other team members to ensure coverage
