TikTok is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Global Mobility Coordinator to join our Destination Services team, reporting to the Americas Global Mobility Process & Operations Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple domestic and international stakeholders to support our continued growth and expansion. As a key member of our global mobility function, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the relocation and assignment processes for our international workforce. A strong foundation in HR practices and Global Mobility functions within a multinational setting is highly desirable.

This is a full-time 6-12 months contract position located in Los Angeles, California, U.S.

**Responsibilities**:

- Initiate relocation cases with relocation management company
- Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry, scheduling, and correspondence with external vendors
- Serve as primary point of contact for expatriates and assignees, providing support and guidance throughout their assignment lifecycle
- Collaborate closely with HR business partners and hiring managers to facilitate seamless transitions for employees moving across borders
- Collaborate as needed with internal stakeholder groups, including: Mobility Operations, Payroll, HR etc.
- Responsible for all invoice and billing matters, including conducting regular audits

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of HR coordination/specialist experience in a high-volume, high-intensity tech environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and data validation.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service to internal stakeholders.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with global mobility practices and policies is a plus, but not required.

Job Information
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $30- $43.
