**About Us**: PsychoGeriatric Services (PGS) is a leader in mental health, with over 30 years of dedicated service to patients in nursing homes, assisted living, and other long-term care facilities. We are a growing team of 100+ highly qualified psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, licensed psychologists, and clinical social workers across Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Washington DC.
We collaborate with our facility partners to deliver evidence-based mental health care services, including psychiatric assessments, medication management, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, hospital placements and treatment, educational training, and quality regulatory documentation.

**Position Overview**: We are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our team and provide psychiatric care services at our partner facilities. This role offers an opportunity for meaningful, flexible, and autonomous work while making a significant impact on the lives of seniors in our community. **Responsibilities**:
- Provide on-site psychiatric assessments and medication management to patients in skilled nursing, assisted living, and other long-term care facilities.
- Consult, educate, and coordinate care with facility staff, including nursing home administrator, director of nursing, and director of social services.
- Adhere to established regulations, policies, and procedures while exercising initiative and independent judgment.
