Key Responsibilities- Conduct Patient Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their medical needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Provide Nursing Interventions: Implement nursing interventions to address patient needs and promote optimal health outcomes.
- Maintain a Safe Environment: Ensure a safe and efficient working environment by adhering to facility policies and procedures.
- Communicate Effectively: Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure seamless communication and provide high-quality patient care.
- Supervise Staff: Provide guidance and supervision to Behavioral Health Technicians to ensure they are equipped to provide quality care.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Experience: Two years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with a minimum of one year in acute psychiatric care.
