**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:
- Review and process title commitments, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with loan officers and underwriters to clear any title issues
- Prepare closing documents and ensure all necessary paperwork is in order
- Conduct research on property titles, deeds, and contracts
- Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, attorneys and real estate agents
**Requirements**:
- 2 years of experience in the title insurance industry
Pay: $50,000.00 - $62,500.00 per year
**Benefits**:
- Dental insurance

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
- Title Insurance: 2 years (required)
