We provide paid training, a vehicle, uniform, chemicals and equipment.

We are looking for an Experianced Commercial Tech that can become part of our team

Minimum 1 year commercial pool cleaning experience.

Experience with IPS, CES, and Hayward Controllers is a Plus.

Must be able to adapt and service the pools to the standards that we have set.

A person's person with great communication skills and a positive attitude
Attention to detail is critical...
Can do person, and be prepared to go the extra mile for our customers.

Must be 21 or older
Have a clean driving license and Min 3 years as a licensed driver. Our Insurance does check.
Psychically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs

Able to work outside in the heat
Excellent time keeper
Clean cut appearance.
Own transportation to and from work. (Ride from mom, or significant other, Uber or bus is not reliable transportation )

Four Day Work Week 10 hour days.

Monday -Commercial Route: 7 am -5 pm (weather permitting ) 10 properties Max

Tuesday -Residential Route: 7 am -5 pm (weather permitting ) 16 pools Max

Wednesday -Commercial Route: 7 am -5 pm (weather permitting ) 10 properties Max

Thursday - OFF

Friday -Commercial Route: 7 am -5 pm (weather permitting ) 10 properties Max

Saturday's & Sunday's OFF

Must be flexibleday ends when route is complete. "Training days usually run longer"

In return you will be part of one of the most reputable pool companies in Florida

40 Hrs per week - Overtime available

Starting pay at $18 hr $20hr

Yearly raises based on performance

Pool Service Technician is responsible for cleaning, servicing and chemically treating the pools for customers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:
To perform this job successfully, the associate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Follow up and service maintenance accounts using an assigned pick-up truck, pool cleaning equipment, pool chemicals provided by the employer. The associate will clean, service and chemically treat pools.
- Complete Customer records in App
- Monitor and control individual inventory.
- Maintain pool maintenance route.
- Operate different filter systems and operations.
- Follow proper pool maintenance procedures set by company.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
