**What will my role entail?**
**Qualifications**:
**Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in ACCESS control systems, including expertise in intrusion detection systems and video surveillance systems. Experience with audio-visual equipment and requires a current Arizona Alarm Agents License. Additional experience with fire alarm systems is a plus.
**License**: Arizona Alarm Agents License.
**Skills**: Possesses the ability to read and interpret blueprints effectively, ensuring accurate and efficient project execution. High awareness of job site safety protocols and strict adherence to Benson’s safety standards underscore a commitment to a secure working environment. Excels in analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving tasks, with excellent written and verbal communication skills facilitating clear and effective interactions.
**Background Check**: Must pass a background check with no DUI or domestic violence records as some work may be on Federal Property and Military Reservations.
**Driver’s License**: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
