We are seeking a **Clinical Operations Assistant **to:

- Manage schedules for the leadership team at the Digestive Health Center.
- Comfortably use Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding of new employee’s. Coordinate staff schedules

**Education**:
Minimum - High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred - Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field

**Work Experience**:
Minimum - One year of experience in an administrative support role

Preferred
- Three years of experience in an administrative support function. Previous experience in a health care setting.
