**About the Role**

The Account Manager will work with a dynamic team dedicated to providing the highest quality of products while developing meaningful and strategic partnerships with our valued customers. You are successful in a fast-paced environment with a demonstrated ability to provide exceptional sales support and customer service while also showing the ability to lead and work independently. Your keen sense of being proactive, responsive and caring will make all the difference.

**What impact you can create at Forever Cheese**:

- Develop business through fostering and cultivating new and existing relationships with customers.
- Bring industry knowledge and an overall curiosity for the specialty food market to day-to-day decision making.
- Become an expert in Forever Cheese products and develop a deep understanding of origins, pairings, and complimentary products.
- Stay informed of market conditions, product innovation, and competitor’s products and specialties.
- Attend and participate in weekly Sales meetings and product tastings.
- Attend industry and customer events, traveling when necessary.
- Monitor sales and remain aware of customer order flow and cycles.

**What you will bring to this role**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 2 years of Sales experience in the food industry preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and meet external deadlines
- Problem-solving skills across functions of the business
- Willingness to travel as needed to achieve business goals.
